Jacqueline Vásquez (just call her "Jackie")
The frontwoman of Did Not Sleep. Allaire and James scouted her in an East Village club after they (mostly James) realized they needed someone feminine and eccentric to be the face of the band.
She spends her days working as a barista somewhere in Midtown and couch surfs just so she can avoid living in her parents' basement.
Any money she makes goes towards her buying CDs. Here are her alltime favorite songs, ever:
- 1. The Cure, "One Hundred Years"
- 2. Sisters of Mercy, "Flood II"
- 3. Siouxsie and the Banshees, "Dazzle"
- 4. Japan, "Methods Of Dance"
- 5. Bauhaus, "The Passion of Lovers"
SPECIAL MENTION: Fobia, "El Crucifijo"
